Wild yam and chasteberry are both traditional herbal remedies commonly used in holistic and Native American medicine to help relieve PMS and peri/menopause symptoms. Wild yam is believed to support hormone balance and reduce symptoms like menstrual cramps, menopause hot flashes and night sweats, while chasteberry is known for its potential to regulate hormonal fluctuations and improve mood swings.

Directions: Apply a small amount of wild yam cream (about the size of a pea) to a different fatty area of the body every morning and night, such as the inner thighs or stomach. Follow this routine for three weeks, but be sure to take a one week break during menstruation (if applicable, and always take one week off a month whether or not you are menstruating). This cycle helps maximize the benefits of the cream. It may take up to two months for hormonal balance to improve and for noticeable changes to occur, but individual results can vary.

Are your products organic, all natural , and made in USA?

We use all-natural ingredients and source organically and from the USA whenever possible. Many of our bee ingredients come directly from our own hives (and locally established hives), and all products are made in small batches with simple, carefully chosen ingredients in Upstate New York.

Do your products contain fragrance?

No. We do not use synthetic or artificial fragrances. Any scent in our products comes only from essential oils, such as lavender or vanilla, which are used in select items like our magnesium sprays and candles. All of our products are made with simple, carefully chosen ingredients and never include harsh or unnecessary additives.

What is the shelf life of my product?

Since we don’t use harsh preservatives, our all-natural products are crafted to be enjoyed within a shorter time frame than conventional items.
