Wild Yam Cream
Wild yam and chasteberry are both traditional herbal remedies commonly used in holistic and Native American medicine to help relieve menopause symptoms. Wild yam is believed to support hormone balance and reduce symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats, while chasteberry is known for its potential to regulate hormonal fluctuations and improve mood swings. While there is limited formal research available, there is considerable anecdotal evidence from numerous individuals, including myself, who have experienced positive results with this cream.
Ingredients: Wild Yam Root (Organic and harvested in USA), Chaste Berries, Jojoba Oil, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Bee Propolis
Directions:
1. Fill out the questionnaire before you start using.
2. Apply a small amount of wild yam cream (about the size of a pea) to a different fatty area of the body every morning and night, such as the inner thighs or stomach. Follow this routine for three weeks, but be sure to take a one week break during menstruation (if applicable, and always take one week off a month whether or not you are menstruating). This cycle helps maximize the benefits of the cream.
3. After at least 2 months of use, fill out the feedback questionnaire. Thank you!
The first month a small percent of users may notice an increase in symptoms and that is due to the body balancing and removing excess hormones.
